HAIR, COLOR & WAXING SERVICES

All hair, color and waxing services are listed at the starting price for that service. The technician you select and condition of your hair will affect the cost of the service. Price will be quoted upon consultation prior to your service.

SPA PARTIES

What’s better than having 8 to 10 of your friends with you while you are all pampered with mini facials, treatment, hair design and makeovers? Lunch or dinner and beverages provided. Perfect for birthdays, wedding showers, baby showers and any get together. Save 20%.

CHECK-IN

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in. This will let you fully enjoy your appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

SPECIAL NEEDS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Your comfort and well being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Taking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS

To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.

COMFORT

Body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, spa robe, gown and slippers will be provided.

AGE REQUIREMENT AND CHILDREN

For your enjoyment and for safety of your children, guests must be at least 14 years of age. In respect of our guests and safety of your children we will gladly reschedule your appointment if you must arrive with your child.

GRATUITY

Prices do not include gratuity except for Spa packages and group reservations. In appreciation of the staff’s for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion

 GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount and may be used in the salon or spa for any services or retail purchase.

Gift Certificates expire 6 MONTHS from date of purchase.

Certificates are non-refundable if lost or stolen.

Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuitous  purposes.

Certificate holder must be present at time of service or retail purchase
